Vehicle Classes Explained

• A - Petrol: Any size engine with or without chip, fire manifold, free flow exhaust etc. As it comes from the manufacturer.
• B - Diesel: Any size engine with or without chip as it comes from the manufacturer.
• C - Modified: Petrol or Diesel engines, roadworthy or not roadworthy, with modification, turbo, supercharger, NOS, other make engine, pipe car or special purpose built vehicle.

I hereby indemnify the undersigned Petrus Benjamin de Klerk (Goerapan Lodge) the organiser, their employees and all officers from any liability for damage or loss of any nature including death, whether to my vehicle or personal or any belongings during this event, whether loss, damage or death was caused by myself or another participant, and or any equipment on and off the premises itself. I understand and accept that my participation is voluntary.

I confirm and acknowledge that I have been informed by the organiser that neither I nor any person I allow to drive my vehicle may be under the influence of alcohol and that the organisers reserve the right to subject me or any person I allow to drive my vehicle to a breath alcohol test and/or flatly refuse participation on the basis that the right of entry and participation is reserved.

With this indemnity I bind myself, my heirs, the executor of my estate, my successors and all parties who may be due to my injury or death has or may have a claim against the owner / organizer. Furthermore, I undertake to compensate for any damage to the premises or equipment of the owner, employees and officials for the amount of an invoice rendered for such damage.
